KUKIRIN spares no effort to serve our customers. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will be happy to help you. The following will list the procedures and conditions for return and refund, as well as all relevant information you should know:
Please kindly contact us if you want to change or cancel your order before the order has been processed (typically 2 hours). Your order could be modified or refunded before we ship out the item. The refund will be processed after our staff has confirmed the situation with you.
1. Return
Conditions for items that are eligible for return are:
The items have not been signed, and the express company can intercept the package.
Items not in this condition will not be accepted.

- Ensure the battery is firmly installed and fully charged. To avoid issues caused by low battery (e.g., sudden power cut during riding), fully charge your electric scooter before the first use. For the specific charging time, refer to the product details page on our official store, as charging durations vary by scooter model.
- Do not turn on the scooter while it is charging.
5. Repair-Only Policy for Malfunctions (No Returns)
- We will send the required replacement parts along with a step-by-step repair video for you to complete the replacement by yourself.
- For customers who are not proficient in self-repair, you may take the scooter to a nearby repair shop for servicing.
Please consult with us in advance regarding the repair fee reimbursement.
We will reimburse the repair costs at our discretion, and the specific amount will be determined through mutual negotiation.
6. Refund Exclusion for User-Induced Malfunctions
7. Once the product has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request based solely on a change of mind.
8. Order Cancellation and Refunds Before Product Shipment
We can modify or refund your order before it is shipped. Refunds will be processed after our staff confirms the details with you.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
9. Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

10.Consumable parts:
Operating parts (e.g. inner tube/tube/front wheel/tubeless tire/brake lever/brake cable/disc brake/brake pads/brake disc/fixed disc brake pads) have a 7-day warranty period. After this time, or in case of wear during use, the customer bears the cost of their replacement.
11. Return policy for special circumstances:
Repack merchandise securely in the original packing box.
Please include all original packaging, including labels.
We must receive your returned merchandise within 7 days from the return & refund approval date.
If we have not received your return by this time, your return & refund approval will be voided.
12. Return Shipping cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs charged by your purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We provide return labels and recommend that you use them for your return.
We always do our best to take care of customers and deal with you fairly; we ask that you, our Customers, treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return or refund. If you are due a refund, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
